Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering a national rollout in the Out of Home
advertising sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a keen eye on attention to detail to join us
on our mission.
As a key part of the delivery team, you will be the interface between the Site Manager and suppliers. You will
be equally at home with on-site construction projects and communicating effectively with teams out in the
field.
However, this role is not only about managing the implementation of a UK wide multi-site project but also
being part of the driving force behind the delivery of an industry first. This is a unique opportunity to join an
SME with big ambitions.
The role is incredibly varied due to our client being a growing SME with ever changing needs and
priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect completed work/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications
and plan requirements
• Note and report on work that does not meet requirements
• Educate contractors on the required standards
• Act as the main point of contact for the Site Manager to ensure that all parties have access to
information needed to carry out their roles effectively
• Proactively engage with the Site Manager and suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
• Managing site quality control and attending site where required
• Review processes to continuously improve service levels and cost effectiveness
• Work with Senior Managers to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality
Experience & Skills required:
• Construction knowledge would be an advantage but not critical

• CSCS/SMSTS or an equivalent certification would be advantageous
• Commercially focused, understanding the balance between meeting client expectations and
delivering within agreed budgets and timescales
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple
priorities and deliverables
• You have good problem-solving skills and able to manage risks and issues, proactively and
creatively, to ensure project delivery is not compromised
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with employees, managers,
clients, suppliers and other third parties
• You thrive in an environment with uncertainty and rapid change
• Proven strong team player
• Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Smart Sheets and general computer skills
Salary
• Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
• 25 days Annual Leave (Increasing with service to a maximum of 30 days)
